Email, mail, or deliver application & fee to: The Phoenix Ranch Camp, 1845 Oak Road, Simi Valley, CA 93063.
Minimum enrollment is 5 days per summer. You may register for any day during the 44 summer camp days.
A registration fee of $30.00 is required upon enrollment, plus a $100.00 non-refundable deposit per session per child ($100.00 for attendance in both sessions). The deposit is applied to the balance due on your account. Enrollment is based on space availability and receipt of your application and fee.
Payment in full is due on the following dates:
Session #1) June 1, 2011
(Camp attendance from June 20-July 15
Session #2) July 1, 2011
(Camp attendance from July 18-August 19, 2011)
There is a $25.00 “Change of Schedule Fee” after the first change request is granted, and honored based on space availability.
The sibling discount is 5% and may be applied to the second and third siblings of the same household. This discount applies to the camp day only.
Phoenix Ranch Camp must receive payment-in-full for all requested services before a child may attend camp.
We accept cash, check and Visa or Master Card.
Upon the receipt of all forms and fees (registration fee, deposit, and/or payment in full), you will be mailed a “Camp Confirmation Packet”.
