How to Register: Request an application by phone (805) 526-0136, pick up one at the Main Office, at an open house, or click here to download forms.
Mail or deliver application and fees to: The Phoenix Ranch School & Camp, 1845 Oak Road, Simi Valley, CA 93063.
Minimum enrollment is 6 days per session. The session dates are as follows: Session I: June 21 to July 9, Session II: July 12-30, Session III August 2-20.
A registration fee of $30.00 is required upon enrollment, plus a $50.00 non-refundable deposit per session per child. The deposit is applied to the balance due on your account. Enrollment is based on space availability, receipt of your application, and fee.
Payment in full is due on the following dates:
June 1, 2010–Session I and II; July 1, 2010–Session III
There is a $25.00 “Change of Schedule Fee” after the first change request is granted, and honored based on space availability.
A sibling discount is given, (see Fee Schedule), and may be applied to the second and third siblings of the same household. This discount applies to the camp day only.
The Phoenix Ranch Camp must receive payment-in-full for all requested services before a child may attend camp.
We accept cash, check and Visa or Master Card.
Upon the receipt of all forms and fees (registration fee, deposit, and/or payment in full), you will be mailed a “Camp Confirmation Packet.” |
