BIG RANCH CAMP (Entering 1st thru 6th grade in fall of 2011):
Begins Monday, June 20 through Friday, August 19 (9 weeks - closed Monday, July 4)

Camp fun begins with an all-camp opening, followed by four activity rotations (with a choice of activities within each rotation), and ends with special
AQUATICS – Swimming in our Phoenix pool under the supervision of “Toro” Mr. Alex Orrala, our certified Aquatics Director, assisted by American Red Cross certified lifeguards. Campers who do not wish to swim will enjoy table games in a shaded area.
SPORTS, ARCHERY, AND GAGA – A wonderful sports program is led by our Athletic Director, “Oak” Mr. Carlos Gomez. Campers participate in field sports including sport skills, relay races, and more. Mr. Gomez also leads archery at our archery range. The gaga court is famous at the Phoenix, as campers play and enjoy this low handball game.
GO-CARTS AND ARTS & CRAFTS – Campers may select to ride on one of our safe and fun go- carts (with appropriate seat belts, and safety helmut) on a designated course. The Arts & Crafts director has planned a myriad of art activities including jewelry making, leather crafts, pottery, lanyard, theme crafts and more. Create something wonderful and immaginative at arts and crafts.
GAME ROOM AND ADVENTURE – Dance-Dance Revolution, Guitar Hero, and other games are played on Game Cubes, and Wii. Ping pong, air hockey, fooze ball, and carom games, as well as Jenga, Connect-Four and other board games are set up for play daily. Campers can select to participate in the special Adventure area with a changing variety of activity such as: Climbing Wall, Water Slide, Nature and Outdoor Living Skills, Cooking, Drama, Stunts and Special Event Activities
SPECIAL EVENTS AND STUNTS – Fun and exciting events occur throughout the week and on each Fantastic Friday. See the Weekly Camp Update for events occurring daily. This summer will include: The Phoenix Amazing Race, Gong Show, Insect Mania, Camp Trivia Contest, Crazy Hair Day, Round-Up Skits, Color Wars, Aquatic Races, Crazy Hat Day, Luau, Phoenix Olympics, Wet & Wild Day, and more!

Make a Bear Activity – For all ages on Wednesday, August 17. Cost to create a bear or other 14” stuffed animal is $20.00. We will schedule small group workshops throughout the day, on campus. |

SWIMMING LESSONS – Certified instructors teach pre-beginner and beginner semi-private classes in 30 minute sessions. A 10-lesson package is $130.00. Lessons take place in the afternoons.
EXTENDED CARE – Morning extended care hours are available from 6:30-8:30 A.M. and in the afternoon from 3:00-6:30 P.M. Cost of extended care is $4.00 for morning and $6.00 for the evening.
CHUCK WAGON – Campers may purchase lunch on any camp day. The menu includes pizza, sandwiches, and more. Lunch cost is $6.00 each, or purchase a 10-coupon lunch booklet for $50.00.
CAMP PICTURES – Camp photos will be taken at 9:30 A.M. on Thursday, July 14 and Wednesday, August 10. Cost is $15.00 per group photo.
GENERAL STORE – The store opens after lunch with chips, candy, and granola bars, etc. from 50¢ to $2.00
