Dear New Phoenix Ranch Families,
Welcome to the 2012-2013 Academic Year. This year our program will include eight preschool classes, and fourteen elementary and middle school classes. The number of classes per grade will depend on the minimum enrollment of 16 students per class in elementary and middle school, and 12 students per class in preschool. |

TUITION—Includes supervision, extended care, all snacks, and lunches. (Children must be potty-trained; no diapers, training pants or pull-ups.)

ENROLLMENT AND PAYMENT INFORMATION

NEW STUDENT ADMISSION AND PLACEMENT ASSESSMENT
Applications for admission for the 2012/2013 Academic Year are now being accepted based on space availability and placement assessment. Kindergarten through eighth grade students must register for placement assessment upon submission of the ADMISSIONS APPLICATION.
NEW STUDENT ENROLLMENT / CONFIRMATION
- To enroll for the next academic year complete the Phoenix Ranch School Enrollment Form and all other provided forms.
- Submit all forms with the appropriate fee to the Main Office (The Phoenix Ranch School and Camp, Administration Building 1845 Oak Road, Simi Valley, California 93063).
- All signed enrollment forms are binding contracts with the Phoenix Ranch School. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to call administration.
- Upon the receipt of your registration fees in full, and all completed forms, your child will be given a placement assessment.
- The placement assessment will determine the grade in which your child will be placed.
- If in the event the school is unable to place your child, your monies will be refunded in full.
- Please keep a copy of the enrollment forms for your files.

Once the processing of your enrollment forms and fee has been completed, you will be sent the 2012-2013 Enrollment Confirmation Packet (August).Your confirmation packet will contain individual payment information, a computer copy of your student profile, uniform order sheets, classroom and teacher assignments, and any other pertinent information. The Phoenix Ranch School Calendar and Handbook will be distributed the first week of school.
PAYMENT SCHEDULE FOR PRESCHOOL STUDENTS
All preschool students are on the month-to-month payment plan. Payments are due on the first of each month. Please read all the enclosed policies and procedures for complete information. All signed enrollment forms and agreements are binding contracts with the Phoenix Ranch School.
PAYMENT SCHEDULE FOR ELEMENTARY / MIDDLE SCHOOL STUDENTS
See the Enrollment and Tuition Agreement for the payment schedule. If you choose to participate in any one of the plans, your first payment is due August 1 and continues through to May 1 (10-month plan)
PAYMENT SCHEDULE FOR THE PHOENIX RANCH SUMMER CAMP
If you choose to enroll in summer camp, the camp fees are due on June 1 for Session I and on July 1 for Session II. Camp enrollment packages will be sent to your home sometime early spring. Various payment plans will be available. A very special camp discount will be offered to all Phoenix Ranch School students only.

2013 SUMMER CAMP DATES: Eight weeks, Monday June 17, 2013 through Friday, August 23, 2013. (Closed Thursday, July 4 and Friday July, 5 2013). Summer Camp program packages will be mailed to your home in early spring. |
