Preschool Elementary & Middle School Tuition & Fees ADMISSIONS Preschool   Preschool Admission Process   Interview and Tour New parents and students are invited to arrange an interview and personal tour with our Preschool Director, Mrs. Cathie Shultz or Assistant Preschool Director, Mrs. Vickie De Leon. Tours are typically conducted Monday through Friday from 9:00 A.M. until 11:30 A.M. You may arrange a tour by calling the Main Office at (805) 526-0136 or you may attend one of the three Saturday Open Houses scheduled for 2012: April 14, May 5, or June 2, from 10:00 A.M. until 2:00 P.M. Complete Required Forms and Submit with Administrative Fee ($220.00) The following forms must be submitted prior to attendance: Enrollment Liability Contract and Tuition Agreement Birth Certificate (copy) School Student Profile Identification and Emergency Information Authorization for Consent to Treat a Minor and Release Form Child’s Pre-Admission Health History Parent’s Report Child Care Center Notification of Parent Rights Personal Rights Child Care Facilities (school copy) Personal Rights Child Care Facilities (parent’s copy) Physician’s Report – Child Care Centers (Child’s Pre-Admission Health Evaluation The Phoenix Ranch School Behavior Contract Enrollment Confirmation Upon receipt of your enrollment forms and Administrative Fee of $220.00, you will receive a confirmation packet. Your packet will contain individual payment information, a computer copy of your child’s student profile, as well as other pertinent information. A Phoenix Ranch School Calendar and Parent-Student Handbook (outlining school policies, calendar of activities, holidays, etc.) will be given at time of enrollment or during the child’s first week of attendance. Other Information Preschool enrollment occurs throughout the year. The Phoenix Ranch School is often full and unable to make an immediate placement. We encourage parents to allow two to four months time from enrollment to start date. Attendance patterns may be altered to allow for faster placement.     Click here to download forms.
